If you encounter any issues with your order, please notify us immediately via email at info@theflowersociety.net. Flowers are perishable products with varying lifespans and delicacy, so please keep in mind that different flower species have different durations of freshness, and external factors such as weather or where you place them in your home can affect their lifespan.
Proper aftercare is critical in extending the longevity of your flowers. If your flowers perish within 24 hours of their delivery date and you have followed all care instructions provided, The Flower Society will gladly send a new bunch of flowers or provide a refund.
To verify this information, The Flower Society reserves the right to request clear photographs of the original bunch of flowers. Please note that when preparing every bunch, we conduct a quality control check before the flowers leave our studio to ensure the highest quality.
The Flower Society requires that you communicate any dissatisfaction with the flowers to our team within 24 hours of the delivery date. If you are unable to provide photographic proof within 24 hours of the original delivery date, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
If the recipient receives damaged or substandard flowers, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange either a resend on the next available delivery date or a full refund. A refund will not be processed if the recipient declines to accept flowers for unforeseen reasons.
While we may consider issues raised after the 24-hour deadline at our discretion, we reserve the right to refuse refund or resend replacement.
If we approve a refund or redelivery, we will do so as soon as possible, typically within 24-48 hours. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method and may take up to 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
